Membership Class:  Contributor Member – Startup                           $1,500

Requirements:

  • Total annual revenue is under $1 million
  • Staff size is 10 or fewer full-time and/or freelance employees
  • The organization has been trading less than three (3) years

Membership Rights, Privileges, and Term: Membership rights and privileges will commence on the date of receipt of payment in full and continue for 12 months. Only available for new members for the first two years of membership.

    Primary Contact: All legal and financial notices from the AREA to the member organization will be sent to this representative's e-mail address. Once membership is established, executives, staff and employees of the company may be designated to receive technical, committee and event notices at the member's discretion.

    Alternate Contact: Should the primary contact be unavailable, member notices, reminders and communication will be issued to the alternative contact.

    By submitting below, you ("Member") agree that this membership agreement ("Agreement") represents a binding contract between Member and OMG and (i) commits Member's organization to comply with such rules and policies as the AREA program may from time to time adopt, and (ii) commits OMG to comply with the AREA Bylaws, as in effect September 29th, 2021, as they may be amended in accordance with those bylaws, except to the extent any such amendment modifies the rights or responsibilities of OMG and is not approved by OMG.

    The applicant certifies that it meets the conditions of Membership specified in the Bylaws and that it has accurately stated its current year gross annual revenues or annual budget (non-commercial entities) in calculating the fees payable with respect to the Membership class which it has selected above.
