Planning Your Trip

If you are registered to attend the first day of the conference – Tuesday, April 23rd – then we recommend arriving at the JW Marriott on Monday, April 22 or prior. The conference begins the following day and you will have some time to settle in prior to the event. You may even want to enjoy some of what Palm Springs has to offer!

The conference concludes on Friday, April 26. Your package may differ so consider that when making your travel plans.
